For a sturdier build galvanized steel posts make up the frame with bundles of brush placed vertically between wire to keep its shape. I used 4 5 screws for each long edge. Cut a piece of wire mesh using the wire cutters to the exact dimensions of the gate frame. Make sure that the fencing is completely level and staple it all the way down to the end. Start at a corner post and unroll several feet of welded wire.

Overlap the hog wire about half the 4 width of the 2 4 s. Measure how tall you want the gate and cut 2 more 2x4 inch boards to fit between your top and bottom boards. Then i cut a 2 4 to the width of the panel around 3. Begin stapling across the rails pulling it tight as you staple to be sure it lays flat all the way across.

Place the mesh over the frame and staple the fabric to the wood. The first two strategies for building a no sag gate involve the principle of triangulation. Bolt them together with l brackets on both sides of each corner 8 brackets total. Depending on personal preference you can create a gate on one side to allow easy entry and exit.

Arrange and weave the thing pieces of wood in squares just like what you may have done to the wire. Measure from one top corner diagonally down to the bottom corner. Tension rod with turnbuckle. Install posts and cut the top rails long enough to span three posts.
